Meet Romaine
Romaine Rodgers is the Founder and Executive Director of Valiant House. She has always had the desire to create a transitional housing program to help those seeking a helping hand. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management, her experience as a Certified Domestic Violence Counselor, and her work with displaced individuals and domestic violence survivors at the Emergency Shelter Program in Hayward CA, Romaine has experience helping individuals get on their feet and become successful. She has a passion for serving the community and working with underserved populations.
Meet Tracy
Tracy Rodgers is the CFO and co-founder of Valiant House. He believes in leading with heart and serving others. “I believe that success is not based on what you can do for yourself, but how you affect the lives of others.” With experience in account management for several large organizations such as ADT Securities, JPMorgan Chase, and Citibank, along with over 20 years of experience in sales and project management Tracy has experience building relationships and developing others into the best version of themselves.
